Gmail or Google Mail is my primary email and I need to check my email everyday from Gmail inbox. Although I love Gmail’s classic theme and have been using it for a long time, I still feeling something are missing in Gmail until the Gmail themes appeared and bring the great look and feel to my Gmail account.
Actually Gmail team had released a set of Gmail themes in the end of year 2008 and I can choose from over 30 great looking themes to change my default classic theme. Since then, I can customize my favorite Gmail theme to suit my feeling each day.
How to Change Gmail Theme
1) Login to your Gmail account and go to Settings in the top right corner and select “Themes” tab
2) Look and choose your favorite Gmail theme thumbnail by clicking it. It will take effect within a second.
It is quite simple to change Gmail theme and some themes will need you to enter your country and city of the country you selected in order to give you local sunrise, sunset theme. Then, click Save button to save the changes.
If you do not like the theme’s colors, you can also choose your own color scheme to suit your needs.
For me, I choose “Random” Gmail theme to let Gmail decide the different theme each day. Everyday, I will see different Gmail theme and I think it is quite interesting and I love the new look and feeling.
