The Biggest Loser Asia 2010, Season 1 was won by David Gurnani, 25 years old from Indonesia. The biggest Loser Asia is broadcasting on the Hallmark Channel in Asia since November 24, 2009 and the main purpose of this show is to search for contestants who can lose most weight in 5 months time (the last 2 months at home). The winner will get US$100,000 as reward.
There were only 16 out of 30 selected contestants chosen by trainers after an elimination challenge. All the contestants needed to undergone very tough body training and taking the biggest looser diet everyday.
