It’s very frustrated when we cannot find bank customer support number or support contact. I, myself also experienced the same kind of problem when I cannot remember the bank phone number and it’s a time wasting to find the customer service contact on internet.

  9. C… Here’s my complain. I’ve already paid someone money through cash deposit on October 2010.. N recently only d someone came n ask me that wen did I bank in her d money.. Of course after bank in already we’ll have d statement , but d prob is already how many months ago , I dint keep d statement samo.. N now d someone kept threaten me all kinds.. My ques is, can I print another statement 2 proof 2 this someone ? But i don’t remember exactly wen. But if check thru her acc, can we check thru d location where I bank in 2 her ?

    • @Mizzy: The best way is to contact bank officer and ask them to print the statement if possible. Then you may know who you have deposited to.
