If we called Tiger Airways is Singapore’s low fares airline and AirAsia is Malaysia’s low fares airline, then Jetstar Airways is Australia’s low fares airlines. Therefore, you can expect to find cheaper and affordable flights fares from Jetstar.
Jetstar Light Fares Promotion
Jetstar Airways provides special cheaper airline package called Jetsaver Light fare. For Kuala Lumpur to Singapore flight, the fare is RM60 for Malaysian. The air fare from Penang to Singapore only costs RM75 and Kota Kinabalu to Singapore only RM 95 which is cheap and affordable for most of the passengers. For your info, the fares quoted are on one way basis and include all surcharges such as airport taxes, insurance and admin fees. Once you have booked the flight, you cannot transfer the passenger’s name, refunded or canceled flight.

Jetstar Light fare is allowing maximum up to 10 KG carry on baggage allowance. It practices no checked baggage allowance and the charges will be applied if your carry on baggage is more than 10KG.

I personally think that Jetstar Light fare is perfect cheaper air fare for businessman and people who want to get the cheaper air fares to these 3 routes. (KL – Singapore, Penang – Singapore, Kota Kinabalu – Singapore)
