Google is officially announced its new social networking site named “Google Plus” or “Google +” which exposed some great features especially users will have more control over what is shared, how it shared and whom to shared within the personal network.
Let’s have a look at Google Plus project features:
1) Google Plus Circles
Google Plus Circles will let you share different things to the right people instead of sharing it to all at once like in Facebook. For example, you can easily put your friends, parent and colleagues in 3 different circle and share related information to them without any hassle.

Hangouts will let the unplanned meet-up comes to the web for the first time. Let your buddies know you’re hanging out and see who drops by for a face to face chat.

Huddle is a good feature when a group of people need to make a decision to watch a movie or decide on a vacation place. Huddle will turn these conversations into one group chat and your guys can chat on the same page and make the final decision.

Conclusion:
Google Plus project is in a field trial period now and only some invited people get approached to try it out. But I believe that it will be opened soon to all and will be the biggest rival to Facebook. Do you think that Google Plus will overtake and kill Facebook in the future?

It sounds convincing. Keen to know how Google takes care on privacy issue.
@fowziey: Yup! I also can’t wait to test on Google Plus and compare with Facebook.
I’ve been hearing this google plus for quite sometime now although i haven’t really tried it yet. Reading this post makes me really curious about it. I might consider trying it as soon as possible. Thanks for sharing this information.
@Kyle: Thanks for the comment. I love the concept of Google Plus and hoping to try on it soon.

How long before Google will place their ads all over Google+?
@Aaliyah: I think Google will put the ads on Google + once it’s getting popular just like Facebook.
Google+ is has surely shaken up the grounds of Social media structure.
Let’s not lie to ourselves here, Google is not in the business of making nice apps or platforms for everyone to use if it didn’t help them in some way. The intent of Google+ is clear, to take away the huge billion-dollar ad market from Facebook.
@Maggie: Thanks for the comment and I think that it’s a win-win situation and all the business’s main intention is to earn money. Right?
One of the points that Facebook is popular ~ lot of games. Can Google+ do so?
@Jayce: You got a good point there. I believe once Google+ becomes popular, Google+ team will include Google games to attract more people to join and stay! Let’s wait and see…
Sounds interesting, Google becomes popular and FB too.
